Quality Engineer
DANIEL DEFENSE LLC
Daniel Defense LLC seeks a Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives in our firearms manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you’ll develop and refine quality plans, inspection methods, and documentation to ensure our AR-style rifles, pistols, and accessories meet rigorous performance and safety standards. You will analyze quality data, drive root cause and corrective actions, and partner with engineering and production to resolve issues. Working in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment, you’ll support audits, train operators, and lead continuous improvement that strengthens reliability, craftsmanship, and customer trust.
