Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma ED. Key Responsibilities Include Leading daily ED operations during assigned shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. Providing direct patient care when needed and supporting complex clinical decision-making. Mentoring and coaching nursing and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Developing and implementing individualized care plans, assessing patient data, and collaborating with interprofessional teams. Utilizing evidence-based practices, participating in practice improvement initiatives, and promoting professional growth. Evaluating patient and family experiences to enhance satisfaction and care quality. Qualifications Include 2+ years of nursing experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles. Current RN license required. This role offers leadership development opportunities, supports professional growth, and involves working night shifts in a dynamic emergency setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
