- A publicly traded, high-growth enterprise preparing for its next phase of scale and infrastructure maturity
- A corporate accounting team reporting to a Sr. Operational Accounting Manager within a structured, multi-layered finance organization
- A department expanding capacity in advance of increased public reporting demands and Fortune 500-level visibility
- A team that includes two Accounting Managers, a recently hired Senior Accountant, and a Staff Accountant
- An organization investing heavily in finance systems and technology to drive accuracy and efficiency
- Charlotte-based corporate environment, hybrid structure
- Direct exposure to enterprise-level accounting in a SOX-regulated environment
- A clearly defined path to Accounting Manager within 6-12 months for the right performer
- Experience supporting NYSE-level reporting rigor and internal controls
- Access to a modern tech stack including RentalMan (Wynne Systems), Oracle consolidation tools, and Alteryx
- A leadership team prepared to move quickly and invest in high-caliber talent
- Strengthens accounting infrastructure ahead of increased public market scrutiny
- Owns key components of the monthly close process, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Supports SOX documentation and control compliance
- Partners cross-functionally to ensure financial reporting accuracy and completeness
- Plays a central role in scaling accounting processes alongside organizational growth
- Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience within a larger enterprise environment
- Well-rounded general ledger exposure, not niche-focused
- SOX exposure preferred, not required
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience working in a robust ERP environment
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and ready for a near-term leadership runway
