Responsibilities

• Assist with internal and external communication initiatives
• Prepare and schedule email, website, and digital content
• Coordinate communication calendars and project deadlines
• Draft and edit announcements, updates, and business materials
• Organize presentations, templates, and communication assets
• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams
• Maintain accurate communication files and documentation
• Support special campaigns, events, and company initiatives
• Track approvals and follow up on outstanding tasks

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional and dependable
• Previous communications, marketing, content, or project coordination experience is preferred
