Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a creative, proactive, and detail oriented Marketing Assistant to support the day to day marketing and business development efforts of a growing professional services firm. In this role, you will help strengthen the firm’s digital presence, expand networking opportunities, coordinate marketing initiatives, and maintain consistent communication with current and prospective audiences. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, visually minded, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities. Monthly Compensation: 1,245 to 1,350 USD Responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content, and audience engagement. Perform basic website updates and create or update landing pages. Edit short form videos for social media, newsletters, and email marketing. Send online review links to current and former clients. Track and report monthly marketing goals, activities, and performance metrics. Monitor social media comments and messages and respond as appropriate. Schedule and publish social media content, repurpose blog content, and maintain social media profiles. Coordinate and maintain networking event schedules to optimize the supervisor’s time and participation. Conduct outreach and research to identify speaking engagements, conferences, networking events, and other professional opportunities. Manage CRM records, networking contacts, marketing activities, events, and related information. Maintain organized marketing records and collaborate with the team to align initiatives with business goals and priorities. Support ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects as needed. Plan, book, and coordinate lunch and learn events. Organize and coordinate podcast activities, including scheduling and content organization. Prepare and distribute email newsletters and digital marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
