Senior Paid Media Manager

Deodato is a boutique growth agency based in NYC, built for e-commerce and consumer brands. The channels we own most frequently are FB/IG, Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping, Affiliate & Display marketing but we operate as an extension of the CMO, CFO, or founder, not just a media buyer. We think about marketing as a business problem first. Our team is analytical, hires are rigorous, and we’re actively building AI into how we work, from reporting to campaign optimization to creative testing. The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 7 years of hands‑on experience running paid search and paid social. You’ll own customer acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization for a portfolio of clients, and you’ll be the person clients trust to tell them the truth about their numbers. This is a senior seat. You’ll manage relationships with founders and executives directly, not just report up to an account lead. What You’ll do: Own strategy and execution end to end across Paid Search, Paid Social, and TikTok Build and defend campaign budgets tied to real ROI and KPI targets, not vanity metrics Run client‑facing reporting: weekly and monthly performance reviews, with clear next steps Audit client accounts and come back with specific, prioritized recommendations Use AI tools to speed up reporting, testing, and insight generation Build and manage testing programs across a complex channel mix Advise on adjacent channels: email, SMS, organic social, affiliate, display, LinkedIn, Pinterest Train managers and analysts on client communication, analysis, and drawing out next steps Partner with the creative team on priorities, from big swings to small tweaks What You Need 7 years in digital marketing, with agency experience preferred Deep hands‑on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization: A/B testing, multivariate testing Comfortable in Google Analytics or similar platforms for site and user behavior analysis Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formula building Sharp financial planning skills: budgets, forecasts, ROI math Clear written and verbal communication in English Able to work fast with minimal hand‑holding Bonus: creative development experience, working knowledge of AI tools for marketing workflows Why Deodato Real room to grow.
