Marketing Communications Coordinator

Supporting a high-priority rebranding initiative, the remote Marketing Communications Coordinator will manage the update of enrollment materials for major client cases, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the rebranding of enrollment materials across major client cases Review existing materials and track necessary updates to align with new brand standards Manage deadlines, version control, and approval workflows for multiple deliverables Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, project coordination, or a related role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other collaboration/project management tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Virtual Vocations Inc
