Brand Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is a fully onsite contract opportunity in New York City . In this role, you'll support the execution of high-impact brand and multi-title marketing initiatives while helping coordinate campaigns, manage project timelines, develop marketing materials, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across a variety of teams.

This marketing professional will serve as a key support partner to the Global Brand Marketing team, assisting with campaign planning, creative asset trafficking, presentation development, campaign recaps, meeting coordination, and project administration. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Creative, Media, Social, Communications, Consumer Insights, Partnerships, and Programming while gaining valuable experience supporting one of the leading streaming platforms in the entertainment industry.

Contract Duration: 9 months

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or a related field (including internships and coordinator-level experience)
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and media execution
• Entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brand experience
• Experience creating campaign recap decks, presentations, and marketing materials
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Air table, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
• Experience coordinating creative assets, campaign timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Exposure to campaign performance reporting, competitive research, or marketing analytics
• Passion for entertainment, pop culture, television, streaming, and consumer trends
