Title Sports Marketing Coordinator Industry Sports / Entertainment / Marketing Location New York, NY Duration 4–5 months Responsibilities Support the development and execution of professional football marketing campaigns, including championship promotional activities. Coordinate creative development, production timelines, deliverables, feedback, and quality control across internal teams and external agencies. Manage project timelines, budgets, asset trafficking, and coordination with Media teams for on- and off-channel materials. Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, document meetings and decisions, and distribute concise project updates. Support day-to-day project coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while ensuring alignment with programming schedules and sponsor requirements. Requirements 3–6 months of experience in marketing, business, event planning, brand activation, production, or a comparable field. Understanding of marketing fundamentals, creative evaluation, budget tracking, and project coordination. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to manage shifting priorities and coordinate effectively across multiple teams and projects. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Ability to travel to Los Angeles leading up to the championship event is required; event attendance is to be determined.
