Location: 4100 High Resort Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124-5901 Type of Opportunity: Full time – FTE: 1.00 Summary Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen at Presbyterian Medical Group in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen. Manage the physician/patient relationship. Participate in systemwide health management initiatives. Provide input into the practice site’s financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards. Receive and resolve patient complaints. Participate in the recruitment and replacement of other providers. Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, inervices, and workshops. Consult with and advise other providers regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of patients with rheumatologic disorders. Perform other functions as required. Qualifications M.D. or D.O., board‑eligible or certified in Rheumatology. New Mexico medical license required. Benefits Nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available.
