This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of Aritzia from our brand‑new Seattle office, at the intersection of technology and the fashion business. As a Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in enabling Aritzia’s next phase of growth by attracting and securing world‑class technical talent for our Digital, IT, and Analytics teams. Deeply connected to the technology landscape, you understand the evolving ecosystem — and you bring an equally strong passion for Aritzia and the fashion business. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Talent Acquisition you will: Find the world’s best talent and deliver the right people to put forward for assessment Assess and select the best candidates that meet our key attributes of employment Inspire candidates with all Aritzia has to offer, exciting them about the role, the company, the career opportunity Secure top talent with compelling offers and skilled negotiation Create and implement strategies to establish Aritzia as the employer of choice for top Digital talent

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Talent Acquisition has: Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in tech recruitment A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
