Production Supervisor

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and heat treatment services, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Heat Treatment Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Alcoa, TN Pay Range: $ 32 - $35/hr Shift: Days, Nights (42 hour) What's the Job? Manage, lead, and be accountable for crew environmental, health, and safety performance and practices. Monitor production and information flow paths and production rates to ensure objectives are met. Demonstrate commitment to servicing the customer by communicating expectations and priorities with internal and external stakeholders. Plan, manage, and execute departmental operating plans, including scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime. Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and problem-solving activities, including Root Cause Analysis. What's Needed? Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 12-hour days or nights, on a 2/3/3/2 pattern. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Willingness to work every other weekend as part of the schedule. What's in it for me?
