Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies aiming at their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Engage with Diverse Teams: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff, to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and caregivers on effective therapy practices to promote sustainable progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
