Client Partner Program Manager

Managing project delivery and client onboarding, the full-time Client Partner Program Manager will oversee task management processes, partner on process development, and handle administrative tasks while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee task management and productivity tools to drive accountability for project delivery across channels Collaborate with Client delivery teams to develop processes, owning roadmaps and workback schedules for tech-stack onboarding Manage administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and coordination with third-party vendors Required qualifications Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Strong oral and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across various disciplines Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing scopes, deadlines, and priorities
