Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Position Overview Priority1 is hiring college graduates for Territory Manager positions in Tampa to drive new business acquisition in B2B freight logistics. Location: Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling. Develop lead generation and use CRM to track activity. Sell and set up new accounts, managing the accounts you acquire. Participate in the Fast Start Program – 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management. Engage in ongoing training and development provided by the Executive Development Team. Qualifications 0‑2 years of sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication). Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended. Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Strong determination to be part of a winning team and a burning desire to succeed. Benefits Base salary of $50,000 + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.
