Bilingual Receptionist

Job Title

This position serves as the first point of contact for the public who attend or visit the Center.

Responsibilities:

• The Receptionist greets members and is responsible for all reception duties, including registering new members, tracking their attendance, plus coordinating Transportation.
• Will also assist with prepping, packaging, and distribution of meals, and may be requested to make wellness calls to members to ensure their safety and well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service and/or clerical experience
• 1+ year of experience coordinating travel arrangements, lunch orders, RSVPs, and mail distribution
• 1+ year experience managing an office to include open/close, office supplies, checking printers, organization, and cleanliness
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
• 2+ years of call center, front desk, or receptionist experience
