Area Representative

Job Description Area representatives may be hired on a part-time (exempt) basis or serve as volunteers (associate staff). Ministerial Interaction Develop relationships with golfers in the assigned locale for the express purpose of communicating the gospel and kingdom of Jesus Christ. Establish ongoing meetings with small groups (Links Fellowships) and/or individuals for Bible study and discipleship. Establish and maintain pastoral/ministerial relationships with individual men and women. This will include, but is not limited to: preparing and conducting Bible studies, offering personal biblical advice, and providing references to professional counseling. LINKS Fellowship Oversight Cultivate relationships among Christian golfers for the purpose of encouraging them to start Links Fellowships in and around clubs. Respond to inquiries received by Links Players regarding starting Links Fellowships in the assigned locale. Assist and encourage these inquirers as they move toward launching their Fellowship. Oversee and regularly attend 4-6 Links Fellowships as assigned by the area director, training, coaching, and encouraging the leaders of these Fellowships. Attend region and area assemblies of Links Fellowship leaders, as arranged by the region and area directors. #J-18808-Ljbffr Links Players
