Position Overview: As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Front Desk Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience at Get Fit. This position requires a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and fitness. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding memberships, services, and programs Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with company policies Assist with point-of-sale transactions, including retail and service purchases Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Address member concerns and elevate issues to management when necessary Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Perform light administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive, outgoing personality Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail Basic computer skills; experience with POS or membership management software is a plus Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits: Complimentary gym membership Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
