About the Role:

Morellis One Hour Dry Cleaners Inc is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, IN! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter with a positive, professional attitude

Accept and process incoming garments and dry cleaning orders accurately

Inspect and tag clothing items, noting any special care instructions or pre-existing damage

Inspect, assemble, bag and organize all orders going to our four locations for the day

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order status updates in a timely manner

Process payments, operate POS systems, and manage cash transactions

Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup via phone or other communication channels

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-store environment

Requirements:

Prior customer service, retail, or front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS transactions

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Dry cleaning or laundry industry experience is a plus, but not required
