Glenbridge health and Rehab is seeking a part time receptionist.

schedule will be 3 days a week from 8am to 5pm.

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Manage incoming phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and directing calls to appropriate personnel.

• Maintain calendars for appointments, coordinating schedules effectively to optimize time management.

• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.

• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Organize and maintain reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and office supplies.

Experience

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to office management.

• Experience in nursing home or related fields is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in proofreading documents.
