Fitness & Wellness Manager

Company Description
We are a corporate wellness & fitness contracting company operating in the PNW for the past 26 years.
Role Description
This is a full-time (Monday – Friday) on-site role for a Wellness & Fitness Center Manager located in Des Moines, WA. The manager will oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, including group fitness instruction, develop, design & market wellness incentive programs, manage membership, and ensure a positive experience for all employees.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of wellness and fitness programs
- Quality writing skills and report development
- Experience in management and supervision of sub-contractors
- 4-year degree in related field of study or
- Combination of Certification in fitness or wellness plus experience
- Must hold valid First Aid & CPR certifications
Pay & Benefits
· $20-$25/hour
