On-site required monthly on the second Monday of the month.Job DescriptionA full-time Business Analyst (BA), supported by AI tools for accelerant, is requested to focus on the nine highest-priority GRQ legacy applications:Reverse-engineer and document current requirements (user stories, processes, data flows, edge cases) using AI-assisted code analysis for rapid.Develop comprehensive requirements-based test cases (functional, regression, accessibility-specific, and security-focused) and traceability matrices that link scan findings to specific business processes.Facilitate WCAG 2.2 accessibility gap analysis and validation of fixes against real business needs.This role will collaborate with the Solutions Management GRQ Teams and the Bureaus to build a strong, reusable foundation.The Business Analyst must have the following experience:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst writing business requirements and test cases or 4 years college degree or equivalent technical study.Coordinates activities across multiple threads and manages risk and issues.The Business Analyst must have the following skills and abilities:Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications to document business, functional, and technical requirementsProficiency in developing user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams, and edge-case scenariosExperience creating comprehensive requirements-based test cases, including functional, regression, security, and accessibility testingAbility to support and perform application testing activities, including executing test cases, validating results, documenting defects, and assisting with remediation effortsStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify ambiguities, gaps, and potential risks in requirementsExcellent communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with program stakeholders, developers, and leadershipAbility to create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases, findings, and remediation workAbility to leverage AI tools for rapid drafting of requirements, process documentation, and test case generationStrong organizational skills to manage multiple applications, stakeholders, and deliverables across complex initiativesAbility to validate AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needsAdaptability to shifting prioritiesProficiency in Azure DevOps for work item management, requirements tracking,Experience using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and artifact storageStrong skills with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
