Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full-Time) Department: Human Resources Responsibilities Ensures the Credit Union attracts, hires and retains top-tier talent while growing a strong talent pipeline. Oversees the recruitment process and directs overall selection for all positions within the organization, including executive level positions. Maintains the affirmative action plan. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Rate of Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00/year. Location: 9305 West Alameda Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80226.
