Prairie St. John’s, a 132-bed behavioral health facility, seeks a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to support recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and compliance. You will partner with the HR Director and leadership to deliver HR services and track key metrics aligned with the organization’s goals. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR, 4+ years in HR or recruiting, healthcare recruiting experience, and PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Health Services
