Job Title: SCADA Systems Analyst IV

Location: Tulsa, OK Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months with potential for conversion

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SCADA Systems Analyst IV on behalf of our client in Tulsa, OK to support SCADA and operational technology (OT) data solutions within an enterprise environment. This role will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable SCADA solutions and reliable OT data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SCADA systems, SQL, industrial communication protocols, and OT data integration, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments and provide technical leadership.

• Analyze business requirements and develop short- and long-term SCADA solutions.

• Design, implement, and support OT data pipelines integrating SCADA, ACM, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B, and edge technologies.

• Integrate operational data with enterprise data platforms and analytics environments.

• Troubleshoot and optimize polling engines, communication channels, edge devices, and OT data flows.

• Develop solutions to transform, validate, and contextualize operational data for analytics and reporting.

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT teams to promote standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

• Support successful and timely delivery of technical projects and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 8+ years of experience in SCADA, OT systems, or technical/team leadership.

• Hands-on experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocols .

• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including OPC, Modbus, DNP3, and MQTT .

• Extensive experience with SQL .

• Proven ability to troubleshoot OT data quality, communication, and system integration issues.

• Knowledge of network operations and telecommunications.

• Understanding of flow computer protocols.

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard PC applications.

• Experience with Databricks, Python, Power BI , and cloud-based data architectures.

• Experience within the energy industry .

• Windows programming experience using Python, VBScript, or Ladder Logic .

• Experience with database development and management.

• Experience supporting enterprise OT data platforms and analytics initiatives.
