Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Client Service Rep – Outreach (English/Spanish Bilingual)
Our client, a healthcare services organization, is seeking a Client Service Rep – Outreach to join their team. As a Client Service Rep – Outreach, you will be part of the CA HCO Field Operations team, supporting beneficiaries through outreach, enrollment, and education services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, cultural competency, and attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Oakland, CA (Must be able to travel throughout the county)
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
What's the Job?
Conduct face-to-face outreach, education, and enrollment services for beneficiaries in group and individual settings. Present Managed Care Options and assist beneficiaries with enrollment and disenrollment processes. Perform accurate data entry and documentation in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Support community events, health fairs, and outreach activities as assigned. Maintain positive relationships with county staff, community partners, and HCO clients.
What's Needed?
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. English/Spanish bilingual fluency (reading, writing, and speaking). Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Strong computer skills, including MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
