Product Owner - Manager

Pfizer seeks a Product Owner to serve as functional subject matter expert within U.S. Patient Support Services, leading end-to-end project delivery and Salesforce configuration for disease area initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to align strategy, roadmap execution, and operational excellence across patient services platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery aligned with business priorities, timelines, and organizational strategy
- Define Salesforce configuration solutions including personas, visibility models, record types, and flows
- Serve as functional expert on patient services processes, documenting business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and vendors on sprint execution
- Communicate project progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders at all organizational levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
- Functional expertise in patient services domain with strong process knowledge
- Proficiency in Salesforce, IVR workflow, data models, and modern technology platforms
- Demonstrated project/program management and SDLC experience
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
Compensation: $99,200–$165,400 base salary plus 12.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
