Senior Recruiter, In-House Legal | New York The SR Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our established Legal team in New York, specializing in the placement of attorneys into in-house legal functions across a range of industries. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to build meaningful relationships with legal talent and corporate legal teams, driving recruitment processes from initial engagement through to successful placement. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for in-house legal mandates. Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, General Counsel, and legal hiring managers. Source, assess, and advise high-calibre legal professionals on career opportunities. Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client partnerships. Act as a market expert, providing insights on hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability. Consistently deliver against individual and team performance goals. About You: 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within legal, professional services, or executive search. Proven success in business development and client relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A consultative approach with a passion for building long-term relationships.
