Description Health Unit Coordinator – Kadlec Regional Medical Center – Richland, WA. Under the direction of the Manager/designee performs a variety of duties related to the clerical and receptionist activities of the department and serves as the focal communication source in the nursing station and/or reception area. Performs related duties as assigned. Ages of patients: Adolescent to geriatric. Shift Details Full time, Variable Shift, 40 working hours Required Qualifications Coursework/Training Medical Terminology education. Medical Terminology experience. Preferred Qualifications Coursework/Training Unit Secretary course completion. Upon hire: Health Unit Coordinator Certification. 1 year Hospital, physician office, or other medical setting experience.
