• Build long-term relationships with luxury hotels, high-end residential developments, multifamily communities, and wellness-focused real estate groups
• Deliver a consultative, white-glove sales experience tailored to each client's needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through closing and ongoing account management
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales, profitability, and market growth goals
• Provide market intelligence and identify emerging industry and customer trends
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
