Description Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers. Working hands‑on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. Job Title Retail Merchandising Specialist - New Store Opening Location Frisco, TX 2611 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034 Category Visual Merchandising Req ID 2627 Job Type Part-Time/Freelance Pay $20-$22 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience) Expected Hours September28-October9th M-F 8-5 (40 hours) Responsibilities Assists in setting up apparel displays, updating fixture signage, and cleaning departments in areas that have been remodeled Participates in stockroom management responsibilities and requires strong organizational skills Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device IOS: Use an iPhone11 or newer Android: Use a2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest Ability to lift up to25pounds and stand for the entire shift Schedule:8‑hour shift-Monday-Friday (no weekends) Experience & Skills Proven experience in retail apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling) Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A portfolio of work is preferred but not required Benefits Competitive hourly rate Paid online training Wellness benefits Opportunities for advancement At Winston, we are ALL IN!
