Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking Outpatient Therapists for our Marion, Ohio location.

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide essential mental health counseling and behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on diagnostic evaluations and personalized treatment plans. Reporting to the clinical supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment and medical documentation. Your expertise in working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities, will be vital in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. Position Details:
- Monday - Friday, Day Shift
- Full Time
- Based out of our Marion office

Therapist & Counselor Qualifications:
- Master's degree and become licensed as LSW or LPC within one year of employment or SWT/CT licensure
- Must be eligible for a NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
- Must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy
- Must be able to pass a drug screening

Preferred Therapist & Counselors:
- LPCC or LISW preferred
- CAQH account (if independently licensed)

Job Duties of Therapist & Counselors:
- Diagnostic assessments
- Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
- Referral/linkage with other services
- Documentation for provided services
