MLR Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join for home health.


Job Summary for Physical Therapist / PT

As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients, interpret findings, create personalized care plans, and deliver high-quality treatment to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential. You will work with patients across all age groups, from infants to seniors. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating orthopedic and neurological conditions. Additionally, you will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and students and should be familiar with best practices in outpatient, inpatient, and acute rehabilitation settings, as well as payer regulations.

Schedule for Physical Therapist:

• Flexible scheduling with coverage every 8th or 10th weekend.
• Holiday rotation included.
• Outpatient cases start at 7 AM; inpatient cases run from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Physical Therapists must work one closing shift per week (ending at 7 PM).

Requirements for Physical Therapist:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Allied Health Professions in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio.
• Preferred two years of community/home health experience well-being a physical therapist.
• Availability to work variable days and hours as needed including on call holidays.
• Current CPR certification.
