Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in labor and delivery, postpartum, and recovery settings
• Monitor and assess obstetric patients throughout all stages of care
• Float to the med-surg floor as needed when obstetric patient census is low
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in obstetrics, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and recovery
• Ability and willingness to float to med-surg when required
• Ability to work night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a med-surg nursing environment
• Familiarity with low-census float protocols in a hospital setting
