- Provide critical care nursing for trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and acutely ill patients
- Monitor and assess patients requiring Q1H or more frequent interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following clinical protocols
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with hospital policies
- Support patients and families through complex and urgent health situations
Required:
- Current Massachusetts nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of CCU/ICU experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience in trauma, surgical, neuro, or cardiac units
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
