What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill trauma, surgical, neuro, cardiac, and obstetric patients
- Monitor acutely ill patients, assessing needs and intervening as required (Q1H or more)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Utilize advanced monitoring technology and ensure patient safety at all times
- Document interventions and patient responses accurately
- Comply with all hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU/CCU experience
- Preferred:
- Experience with trauma, neuro, or cardiac units
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
About the Assignment This assignment is based in a busy, high-acuity unit specializing in the care of critically ill patients, including trauma, surgical, neuro, and cardiac cases. The unit requires skilled nurses capable of providing vigilant monitoring and advanced interventions to meet patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
