Typical hours 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch. No nights. No weekends. Openings: 1 Position Overview Employer sponsored primary care and wellness clinic Scope includes primary care, acute care, and occupational health or work comp Adult focused, with occasional patients under age eighteen Proactive care, chronic disease management, early intervention, and patient education Work autonomously in accordance with state practice requirements Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Indiana FNP license National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner DEA registration Experience treating patients age two and older Strong HIPAA and confidentiality standards Credentialing and Onboarding Items Ability to pass on site credentialing Benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Weekly electronic pay Refer & earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
