Quality Assurance Team Lead, Plastics Manufacturing (HACCP/BRC)

Role overview

Lead day-to-day quality assurance activities in a plastics manufacturing environment with an emphasis on food-related applications.

What you'll do

Supervise and develop safety technicians, ensuring consistent execution of checks and documentation.
Apply HACCP methodologies to monitor and control critical points.
Support alignment to recognized standards; BRC knowledge is a plus.

What we're looking for

Plastics manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
Familiarity with HACCP; exposure to BRC is advantageous.
Clear communication and coaching skills for a technician team.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
