Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing quality, precision-machined parts? - Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision parts
- Machine and repair valves and other oilfield components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- CNC machining in a manufacturing environment
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
- Basic shop math and accurate measurements
- Hand tools and machine setup
- Industrial safety procedures
- Mazak or Mazatrol controls
- Program editing and machine offsets
- Tool setup and insert changes
- Threading and grooving operations
- Quality control and inspection processes
- Metalworking and machining terminology
- The CNC machines they've operated
- Materials they've worked with
- Parts they've manufactured
- Experience with setups, inspections, tooling, and programming adjustments
