Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, calls, meetings, and shared inbox communications
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and other executive-facing documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, events, and catering logistics
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Distribute communications to leadership teams and related groups
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization
  • Provide backup support to additional executive leadership support staff as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite or senior executives
  • Experience managing travel arrangements, scheduling, and executive communications
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft polished professional correspondence
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Professional, polished, adaptable, and confident working with senior leadership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities while learning the role
  • Strong follow-through and ability to proactively keep leadership organized and on schedule
  • Bachelors degree preferred; additional relevant experience will also be considered
