What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead a team of high-performing Control Systems professionals, providing clear direction while maintaining engagement and accountability.
  • Develop individual capability through coaching, career planning and meaningful professional development.
  • Build strong relationships across the team, creating an environment where talented technical employees can continue to grow.
  • Provide leadership and technical oversight across critical Control Systems activities supporting site performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven people management or supervisory experience within Control Systems, automation or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrable success leading and developing technical professionals , rather than technical leadership alone.
  • Strong Control Systems expertise and the credibility to lead experienced, high-achieving engineers.
  • Evidence of building engagement, developing careers and getting the best from capable technical teams.
