Appian Frontend Integration Developer

Role Description GovCIO is currently seeking an Appian Frontend Integration Developer to collaborate and implement with cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering impactful features. This pivotal role will help coordinate the development efforts across different departments to ensure timely and efficient feature rollouts. This position is fully remote and available to candidates within the Continental United States (CONUS). Provide guidance on Appian product configuration, mapping of requirements and rulesets to Appian objects and process flow, design review, performance testing, scaling, and industry-specific knowledge. Liaison with customers to collect, clarify, analyze and translate business requirements into technical design and implementation. Produce rulesets, configurations, process workflows, and technical solutions for development and support requirement gathering sessions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the client enterprise while leading large, multi-year program initiatives. Create and maintain business process and technical documentation including workflows, architecture diagrams, interface diagrams, and design best practices. Participate in meetings with clients, business analysis team, and internal technical and operational teams. Experienced in Appian 18.x (and above) design, implementation, and ability to translate software requirements specifications into Appian application and prototype. Implement design, development, and testing best practices across the entire software development life cycle. Extensive knowledge of government or industry configuration management procedures. Practical experience in the use of automated tools with support to the configuration management efforts. Thorough knowledge of software development and Government documentation standards. Qualifications Bachelor's with 5 years (or commensurate experience) 2-5 years of relevant Appian experience 3+ years in defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations leveraging different architectural views 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Application integration (SOA, ESB) and n-tier client-server architectures preferred 3+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business critical applications following Agile methodologies 3+ years of Business Architecture including identifying
