Operations Supervisor

Summary The Operations Supervisor oversees all back-of-house operational activities to ensure accurate inventory management, timely processing of shipments and transfers, and efficient distribution to the sales floor. This role leads and develops a team of stockroom and logistics staff while partnering with store leadership to align replenishment with sales potential. The supervisor also enforces company policies and maintains organized stockroom operations to support store performance. Responsibilities Manage and coach back-of-house staff, supporting their professional development and performance management. Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, reservations, and consignments to maintain accurate inventory levels. Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition, reporting discrepancies promptly. Optimize inventory management processes and improve back-of-house efficiency. Coordinate movement of merchandise from BOH to sales floor and maintain proper labeling and organization. Enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in luxury retail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of operations and inventory control practices. Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
