Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

Provide nursing care to patients in long term care settings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

Current LPN/LVN license in Maryland
Valid CPR certification
Experience in long term care preferred
