Recruiter – Skilled Trades & Construction Staffing Join a buttoned-up staffing business in Nashville! You’ll build on your staffing experience, recruiting for a busy portfolio of construction clients across the TN market. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment with plenty of active job orders and the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Some of your day-to-day will be: Recruiting skilled talent, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, welders, carpenters, and other construction professionals Managing multiple live requisitions across a range of clients Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, trade networks and outbound recruiting Interviewing, qualifying and placing candidates quickly Building talent pipelines for repeat and high-volume hiring needs Working closely with the sales team and clients to deliver a strong service Managing your ATS and keeping candidate records up to date Requirements: 2+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience Skilled trades, construction or industrial recruiting experience is highly preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good knowledge of the Nashville skilled trades market would be a major advantage Able to commute to the Nashville office five days a week Strong commission plan Medical benefits Training provided if needed Established client base with active job orders High-growth environment with genuine earning potential #J-18808-Ljbffr bubb
