Seeking a full-time remote Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Data Conversion, who will design, develop, and deploy technical solutions for data migration from existing systems to Workday, while collaborating with clients and team members to ensure successful implementation. Key responsibilities Manage data migration projects, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data to Workday Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define technical specifications for data conversion Utilize modern data tools and methodologies to deliver innovative solutions and improve project outcomes Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in data migration, integration development, or technical consulting Proficiency in ETL, SQL/MySQL, and data transformation techniques Experience with full life cycle software implementations and data requirements gathering Familiarity with AI concepts and modern data tools such as Workday Build and Snowflake Prior experience in Data Conversion work streams on software implementations
