General Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the core of our operations — you'll keep our warehouse running smoothly, ensure orders are accurate, and play a direct role in keeping projects on schedule. If you take pride in staying organized, work well independently, and like knowing your contribution matters every day, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and check in incoming orders and shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders
Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, efficient, and logical manner
Keep the warehouse orderly, safe, and well-organized on a daily basis
Pull and stage materials for upcoming projects, ensuring orders are complete and ready to go
Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles
Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory shortages
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

What We're Looking For

Prior warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and verify orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
Comfortable with physical work — must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Forklift experience a plus but not required
