Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial - Baltimore, MDThe Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial - Baltimore, MD will:Lead construction projects from conceptual planning and preconstruction through final closeout.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project success.Participate in budgeting, estimating, and preconstruction planning activities.Support bidding efforts, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiations.Perform constructability reviews and develop comprehensive trade partner scopes of work.Coordinate closely with estimating, operations, field teams, and project stakeholders.Manage permitting requirements and utility coordination efforts.Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6.Monitor project budgets, cash flow, schedules, and overall financial performance.Direct subcontractor activities and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.Lead project teams consisting of Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.Oversee project execution across predominantly CM-at-Risk delivery projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
