Our team of highly specialized healthcare professionals works collaboratively to ensure that every patient receives tailored treatment and excellent support throughout their journey to recovery.Work EnvironmentThis position requires you to work onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Victorville, CA, providing hands-on care and support to patients. You will be surrounded by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a collaborative and patient-centered setting. Working Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, you will experience a balanced work schedule that supports your professional growth while allowing for personal health and well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalized, patient-centered physical therapy by managing the entire therapeutic process for an assigned group of patients in close coordination with the healthcare team.Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify functional limitations, develop, and implement individualized care plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.Provide direct therapeutic interventions, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate level of care throughout their rehabilitation journey.Perform evaluations and treatment strategies that align with established best practices and ethical standards while adhering to legal guidelines.Engage in patient education, instructing patients and their families/caregivers on home exercises, use of therapeutic devices, and strategies for self-management.Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily staffing needs to optimize patient care and therapy outcomes.Document patient progress and outcomes to provide relevant information for re-evaluation and ongoing treatment adjustments.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Move Well Clinic, our patients encompass a wide range of demographics, including adults and pediatrics with orthopedic and rehabilitative needs. You will be instrumental in developing tailored approaches to care, considering each patient's unique situation, progress, and goals. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to deliver comprehensive support that addresses not only the physical aspects of recovery but also emotional and psychological well-being.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.Current state licensing as a Physical Therapist in California.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients and team members.Preferred ExperienceClinical experience in a rehabilitation facility or similar healthcare setting is preferable but not required.Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and best practices in patient care.Experience in working with diverse patient populations is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsThe Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
