Senior Associate, Product Growth - Strategy and Operations

About the Team DoorDash Commerce Platform is our company’s hypergrowth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and abroad. It enables ecommerce fulfillment for first‑party experiences. About the Role We are looking for a senior associate to lead growth for our most strategic enterprise restaurant partners and drive platform‑wide initiatives such as pricing optimization and subscription benefits. The role will oversee growth, profitability, and strategy for large Enterprise partners, collaborate with product, engineering, operations, integrations, and business development, and help shape the future of 1P growth. You’ll Be Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will Own the growth strategy for our largest Enterprise restaurant partners, focusing on mutual growth rather than simply proving delivery works. Lead platform‑wide growth bets that impact the entire Commerce Platform ecosystem, such as pricing optimization or improving post‑checkout experiences. Operate at the lowest level of detail while designing experiments, measuring impact, and driving execution across cross‑functional teams. Deepen partner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, unlocking growth opportunities and bringing new products to market. We’re Excited About You Because Take ownership and drive initiatives end‑to‑end with minimal guidance. Have an entrepreneurial mindset to create new products or partnership models from scratch. Think beyond your portfolio and seek high‑leverage platform opportunities. Use data to drive decisions, including SQL and Excel modeling. Operate effectively as a cross‑functional operator and influence without authority. Act with urgency and resilience under pressure. Have 3‑5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations, working with large partners and internal stakeholders. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the range listed below and is determined by job‑related factors. Base salary is localized. Compensation includes opportunities for equity grants. Paid Time Off Details For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year. For hourly roles: vacation accrued about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked, and paid sick time accrued 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
